Lily’s genuine interest in property and finance has always been at the heart of what she does. She got into mortgage broking because it combined two things she loves — property and helping people.

Every client’s situation is different, and that’s where I believe a broker can really add value. Some clients are limited to only a few lenders and have no way of knowing which banks are most likely to accept their circumstances. I’ve helped clients who have been declined by their own bank find another lender who was able to make it work.

I’ve also helped first home buyers with smaller deposits, young families who needed an alternative pathway into the property market, investors and clients with more complex lending situations. My job is to understand the full picture, work through the options and find a solution that works for my clients. I don’t just want to get the loan settled. I want to be there to provide honest advice and guidance throughout their property journey.
